There is a waiting period of 45 days from the membership commencement date, during which time no repairs can be requested.
During the waiting period you may cancel your membership and request a full refund for membership fees paid, by notifying Schmick in writing of your cancellation, in which case your membership with Schmick Scratch & Dent Assist will come to an end.
No refunds will be paid for membership cancelations made after the waiting period.
