Winter Giveaway Terms & Conditions

The Winter Giveaway is run by Schmick in partnership with Mt Hutt, NZSki, CMG Motors, and AutoXtreme.

Entry Period & Method
Entries open on 6th July and close on 10th August (“Entry Period”). Entry must be submitted via the submission form on schmickclub.com. Only entries received within the Entry Period will be eligible.

Eligibility
Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.

To be eligible for the Schmick Vehicle Scratch & Dent Repair Membership component of the Prize, the entrant’s vehicle must be first registered no earlier than 2016.

Prize Details
The prize package includes:
• 2x Mt Hutt Day Passes (valid for Winter 2026 season)
• 2x Tranquility Ōpuke Thermal Pools vouchers
• Lunch for 2 at Ōpuke Kai, Mt Hutt
• 3 Year Schmick Vehicle Scratch & Dent Repair Membership
• AutoXtreme 4K Front & Rear Dash Camera including installation

Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

The winner will be contacted on 11 August 2026 via phone or email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, Schmick reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Prize Redemption
All Prize components must be collected in person by the winner from CMG Motors, 206 Montreal Street, Christchurch Central City, Christchurch 8011, unless otherwise specified by a Prize partner. Prize components will not be shipped, couriered, or delivered. Collection may require presentation of valid identification and proof of winning notification. Prize Conditions
• Mt Hutt passes are subject to Mt Hutt’s seasonal operating conditions and terms of use.
• Thermal pool vouchers and lunch vouchers are subject to availability and the venue’s own terms and conditions.
• Dash camera installation must be completed at a participating AutoXtreme location and on a vehicle that meets the Eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• Schmick Membership terms and conditions apply and will be issued at a CMG Motors dealership, unless otherwise specified by Schmick.

Schmick Membership Issuance Discretion
Meeting the Eligibility criteria does not guarantee acceptance into the Schmick Vehicle Scratch & Dent Repair Membership program.

Schmick reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to decline to issue or activate the Membership where:
• the vehicle is manufactured or first registered prior to 2016; or
• the vehicle is assessed as having existing damage, condition, or characteristics that are deemed excessive, pre-existing, or otherwise unsuitable for coverage under the Membership program.

General
By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Schmick reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time.
Entrants agree that their name and image may be used for promotional purposes if they win.
Personal information collected during the Promotion will only be used for administration and marketing purposes related to Schmick and giveaway partners.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schmick and its Prize Partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising in connection with the Promotion or Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
